Elliot Landsman

Elliot has worked within the mortgage and finance industries for 25 years, gaining a wealth of knowledge across all sectors including residential, buy-to-let and lifetime mortgages. Elliot is also a protection specialist, making sure you and your families are secure for years to come.

Elliot is passionate about supporting Confido’s clients every step of the way. We can often find him travelling up and down the country in one of his beloved, ever-changing cars.

In his spare time, Elliot can be found walking his dog Marlin through the hills of Hertfordshire.

Rafi Sandler

Rafi has been a protection specialist for several years. With a wealth of experience as a seasoned protection adviser, he has successfully handled complex cases, equipping him to expertly guide clients through the protection process, ensuring that all their needs and requirements are met.

Rafi is passionate about ensuring Confido continues to grow and service its ever-growing client base well into the future.

In his spare time Rafi loves music - piano, guitar, and singing are part of his everyday life.

Lisa Hodson

Lisa has been an Equity Release specialist for several years helping clients unlock the equity tied up in their homes to meet their objectives. Lisa comes from a compliance background and enjoys liaising with clients, lenders and compliance departments. Lisa is also a mortgage adviser with knowledge across all sectors including residential and Buy-to Let mortgages. In her spare time, Lisa enjoys theatre trips and keeping fit with long runs around London.

Maria Sestakova

Maria joined Confido Financial in 2024, bringing valuable management experience that made her a perfect fit for the team. As a Protection Admin, she plays a key role in supporting clients on their journeys to achieving better protection. Known for her friendly and attentive approach, Maria is dedicated to assisting clients every step of the way. When she's not in the office, you'll often find her enjoying long walks with her gorgeous red fox Labrador, Cinnamon.

Elinor David

Elinor joined Confido Financial in 2024 as a Mortgage Admin, where she focuses on making client journeys more efficient and achieving greater results. With over a decade of experience in back-office management, she specializes in administrative tasks, data management, and operational support. Elinor’s expertise means she greatly enhances the Mortgage Client journey for our Clients. Her meticulous attention to detail and proficiency with various office software ensure smooth operations. Outside of work, Elinor enjoys painting, design, and photography.
